As Autumn approaches,, we are beginning to celebrate the new season, with exploring Autumn treasures and joining in with Sandgate Primary school’s Harvest celebrations.
On Friday 27th we have been invited to take a small group of children across to the school to join their Harvest Festival.
The school asks for donations of tinned food, fruit and packet foods and these are distributed to our local community.
We would like to make our donation to our community through the school and ask that, if possible, you could make a donation for us to take along with us. We would be very grateful for any donation you can spare. It will not be possible for us to take the whole group on Friday, so we will be taking some of the older children to represent everyone.
As some of you may have seen, we have a Family photograph board in our Home corner. If you would like to bring a photo in of your child’s family, we can add this to our display. The children really enjoy pointing to their family picture and showing their friends.
